Eric J. McFee is a graduate from the Class of 1981 at Bishop Verot High School; he attended Saint Leo College in Saint Leo, FL from August 1981 to May 1985. He received his Bachelor Degree of Arts in Physical Education. Later he received from Florida Gulf Coast University in December 2000 his Masters of Science in Educational Leadership.
Memberships:
Mr. McFee has a high involvement in many important programs and organizations for the benefit of our community, some of those memberships are: Member of the committee that created a new diversion program for Lee County students, FHSAA District 25 Representative Assembly, Lee County Educational Administrators Association Board of Directors, A.P.P.L.E.S. Administrator (new teacher induction program).
Background:
Previously, Mr. McFee was Assistant Principal for Curriculum and Administration at Riverdale High School (Fort Myers, FL) from July 2002 to July 2005. From July 2001 to July 2002, while continuing his career at Lehigh Acres High School, he obtained the charge of Assistant Principal for Administration.
From June 1999 to July 2002, he took another step forward in his career working as the Athletic Director. In addition, from August 1994 to February 1999 Mr. McFee decided to work at Lehigh Senior High School (Lehigh Acres, FL) as a Physical Education and Spanish Teacher for 9th-12th grade students.

Mr. Plageman enjoys travel, events, and special time with his his family; especially his wife of 38 years, Mary, and his grandchildren.Since being at Cape High, more teams have traveled to tournaments, and more tournaments have been held at Cape than in any time prior. A recently bought home in the North Carolina mountains is also one of his favorite places to spend time.

Background:
Nancy DeVane comes to Cape Coral High School as a 23 year employee of the Lee County School District. She has been an Administrative Secretary for 16 of those years. She is a native Floridian who lives on Pine Island with her husband of 36 years. Also, she enjoys spending her time with her two daughters and five grandchildren. Finally, her favorite pastime is fishing with her husband.
