Welcome to the New Cape Seahawks Home Page!

Welcome to the Cape Coral High School Web site.  As you can tell, we are starting from scratch and building a new user friendly website.  It is our goal to have our students create a website that is easily navigated and provides you with all of the necessary information.  While we proceed through this building process we have left the previous website intact.  You can return to that site by clicking here.  We appreciate your patience and we look forward to a quality end product.

Sincerely,

Eric J. McFee, Principal

Congratulations CCHS Interact Club

The Cape Coral High School Interact Club was awarded Lee Mental Health's prestigious Volunteer of the Year award. Interact members were presented the award at the 9th Annual Community Luncheon held at Colonial Country Club. Over 20 Interact students in conjunction with the Rotary Club South of Cape Coral, painted one of the duplexes owned by Lee Mental Health. We would like to thank Povia Paints for their generous paint donation.

Canned Food Drive

The Annual Cape Coral High School Food Drive is underway for the holiday season.  Every year our students collect canned foods and holiday meals to be donated to people from our own school family who might be having a hard time.  By the time the food drive ends on November 24, our students will have donated thousands of cans of food to help re-stock the pantries of those who have applied for or have been nominated to receive assistance.  It is through the generosity of our student body that we have been so successful with this event for the last fourteen years.  Teachers encourage participation by creating competitions between classes, issuing extra credit, and explaining the process of “giving forward.”  The organization sponsors of the food drive are the Future Business Leaders of America and the National Honor Society.

Anyone from the community wishing to help with donations for this food drive should contact Mrs. Carol Shaw or Mrs. Marcia Fain at 574-6766.
