Accessing Online Resources From Home
Students can access many of their instructional resources at home by logging into the district’s application portal (LaunchPad).Students sign in with their district username and password.
Accessing Individualized Learning Paths
During the first weeks of school, students took a STAR test that generated individualized learning paths in Compass Learning for each student. Those learning paths have activities aligned to skills that the student is ready to learn.
The learning paths are available in Compass Learning which can be access from Launchpad.
Sign into Launchpad using your students district username and password.
- Look for the Compass Learning icon in the instructional apps folder.
Working on the Learning Paths
- K-1 students learning paths are in the reading folder on the student’s Compass dashboard.
- 2-12 students learning paths are in the reading and math folders on the student’s Compass dashboard.
Accessing Digital Library Books
OverDrive is a digital lending library provided by the Lee County School District. Students can check out library books and read them online. OverDrive can be accessed via Launchpad. Look for the OverDrive icon in the instructional apps folder.
